Re: Who's off to Dusseldorf?
I'm going with 3 mates. Booked flights and hotel just waiting on tickets now.
I have set aside 200 notes for a ticket so hopefully get a half decent spec for that.
What was Fury going on about on his Twitter last night though? Any body else see that? I know he posts shite from time to time but he sounded like a man on the edge

I'm travelling with 2 mates. Were flying in to Eindhoven in the Netherlands and driving the rest of the way. Were hoping to get to the weigh in, is anyone else attending the weigh in?

Re: Who's off to Dusseldorf?
I won't be attending this one but hope Fury wins. His twitter page is comedy gold. Will be interesting to see if he does actually retire if he loses this one. I can't see it with huge fights against the likes of Joshua, Price (if he wins on Friday) and even potentially Haye (if he comes back) on the table.

I've booked a hotel, but not flights yet (there's tonnes).
I'm seeing if I can get a couple of mates to come too.

As the London representative, I will be forced to start taking smack, and sporting a John cooper-Clarke style wig.mickey1975 wrote:I'm looking for a hut for us to stay in. Christ just ready Fury's tweets, firstly amazed at how piss poor his English spelling is, and how childlike the rants are - and the fact that much of it seems to be rambling gobbledigook!
Wouldn't be surprised if he was pissed when he wrote that.
He does seem a wee bit unstable Fury doesn't he?

Peter reckons he's in his fourth week of camp, so he won't have been pissed.
Re: Who's off to Dusseldorf?
If Tyson loses by close decision - he has to sing this.
No one said it was gonna be easy,
No-body said it had to be fair,
All of the chances taken together,
All of the changes we had to share,
Well you think we'd made it all worthwhile,
Then realise no one cares.
But we're gonna get it right, this time,
Cos we've passed the point of no return,
And we're never gonna go,
Down that road again.

Re: Who's off to Dusseldorf?
I think it's a tall order for Fury to win,
But even in defeat (as long as it's not a bad one) he can still challenge Wilder, Povetkin and I'm sure a Joshua fight would be of huge interest to the public.
Unless he gets wiped out of course. I wish him well and look forward to this one.
