In his prime I can see him being around that. He seems to have lost a lot of height with age though and I suspect that he's well off that now.

Nah, Kevin Nash said he was about 6'5" in his prime, and he's lost a couple of inches to surgery and age. Nash was about 6'9", and was surprised that he could see over Hogan's head.

Khan was another with a silly original height listing of 5'10". Dean Francis really is 5'10", and since Calzage was a bit taller, I'd say his 5'11" was accurate. Froch is 6'.

I think many probably do, though it seems common for boxers (athletes in general I guess) to give themselves an extra inch.

I can't see Fury's height and reach advantage being too much of a factor, Klitschko will have plenty of sparring tailored to that. Wach was the last taller opponent he faced whilst Pianeta is about the same height and he dealt with both of them with ease. Incidentally, how has Pianeta got two world title shots in the last couple of years?

What age did you stop growing?

I grew and inch between 22-25, I was doing a lot of weight training at the time, which apparently can cause a spurt in growth hormone, leading to another growth surge.

Wlad's 6'5", but I don't think Fury's the full 6'9". I reckon he's more of a solid 6'7".

He was listed at 6'7" when he turned pro, then 6'8", then 6'9". He's obviously very tall but I think his height may be exaggerated a bit, and there is very little between him and Ustinov/Wilder in their pictures together, though admittedly I couldn't see footwear. I wouldn't be surprised if Tyson is really something like 6'7.5" rather than 6'9", though I'm not sure it makes much of a difference.

Here he is standing on his toes for some reason while Wlad leans over and gives up some height. Have them plant their feet and stand in the same position and there'd probably be 2 inches or so between them in my opinion.

Looks very little in it to me, Wlad is leant over, Fury is on his tiptoes.

Wlad is listed at 6. 6" (used be listed at 6' 7" as I recall) - Fury looks to be around 6' 7" to me - I don't think the height is going to be much of a factor at all.

I think it depends on the nature. If it's a heavy KO I reckon there's a good chance we may not see him for a year or so..
He'll have money in the bank
