the weigh-in weights are on the boxrec record pages if you login.
fight night weights are usually announced before the fight by the tv announcers
but you should be able to google them for particular fights. you didn't even mention
which fights for each boxer. nobody is going to tell you the fight night weigh-ins
for every fight of each boxer on that list. stevenson is the only one on the list
who really swells up after weigh-in though. the rest i would be surprised if they
were even 10lbs more.

I found one site where they list some, but accuracy is questionable. I think most places you find any fight night weights are unofficial. Anyway, for what its worth:
