Yep. Either way I can see another title shot being ordered for Crolla, which he most certainly deserves. A lot of times people complain about decisions that could've gone either way, but I think Crolla clearly deserved this one even though I don't think he won as widely as others seem to.

Just back in from the show. Crolla got robbed there. With the two point deductions he win no problem for me. As you would expect people in the crowd were frustrated.

Why? Close fight, could have gone either way, if it wasn't for Foster's bullshit second points deduction then Perez would have won it. There were a lot of close rounds, Crolla with the higher workrate, Perez with the cleaner and heavier punches. Just because it was a close fight doesn't mean there needs to be a rematch, there's other fighters out there in line for a shot at the title, Derry Mathews is mandatory so that will be next unless the WBA are more corrupt than we thought.

I suspect that I had it closer than most but I still struggle to see how Crolla didn't win.

I was in the arena and thought Crolla shaded it, but just can't see how Perez had enough to still keep his belt, once the points deductions were taken into consideration.

Didn't really see anything wrong with it, wasn't scoring it round by round but general impression was that it was close, Crolla didn't really land anything significant other than the right hand in round 2 that wobbled Perez, after that it was all jabs and pitter patter combinations with no real weight behind them, Perez didn't land much notable either, just close round after close round, wouldn't have had a problem with any result as long as the cards were close, 116-111 Crolla was a very poor scorecard IMO.

There were definitely a lot of close rounds, but I think Crolla did just a bit more in enough of them to clearly get the win considering the deductions. Importantly, it seems like there is a fairly widespread belief that the decision was poor and I can thus see the WBA ordering Crolla to get another chance, though I didn't realize that Matthews was already ordered to get his shot so an immediate rematch may not be likely.

Another RIDICULOUS decision. I had the fight dead level before deductions but after two points were taken from Perez I really struggle to see how Crolla doesn't win. Unlucky.

Tough loss for Crolla, most hometown fighters would have got a close win after an effort like that, especially with Foster doing his best to make sure he did with that slightly dodgy looking 2nd point deduction.

With the whole background of being a hero, i can't believe he didn't get the nod. What ever happened to good old fashioned playing up to the story line? Boxing judges have gone down a notch in my view

I don't know. I tried to strike up some small talk, but he told me he only does 80,000 in a football stadium style talk. Then my other half saw the clip on Twitter and said: "You looked good in a serial killer kind of a way. You should grow your hair again."

The powers that are running Sky boxing (into the ground) didn't do a full show reply so I didn't get to watch the fights in full as soon as I got back. On site, I thought Crolla edged it but Perez's punches were cleaner at times and his shots through the middle were especially good.

With the deductions thrown in it looked a fair shout.

You could do with a swastica tattoo between your eyes, I'm surprised the make up artist didn't advise you.
