this is a pretty tough fight to call. I never would bet on a near 47 year old to win very often but after the way tarver took care of banks I had to consider it. Cunningham has been down so many times it's hard not to pick tarver but USS has been in with a lot of decent HWs the last few years so he has experience against a better level of opposition at this weight. I give USS the slight edge mainly because of tarver's age...
