re
I'm still working on the list...there are still several to add, though I do have pretty much all that had 15+ knockouts from the start of their career...the guys I still working on are those that have scored 15+ or more consecutive KO's, but at any time in their career and not just from the start. The format in the forum is horrible. It's pretty simple, but if you need anything expalined just say so:

Actually, more recent research has turned up that "Tiger" Jack Fox either is, or almost certainly is the all-time KO king. The latest research has dropp[ed Moore's old number of 141, or 145 down to around 131 as a lot of the 140+ knockouts were in fact amateur bouts. Right now I have Fox with 134, but I do need to edit the record and go over the bouts, but overall right now with the bouts for Fox that are accounted for he still should fall short by a few, but it is pretty certain that he has any where from 20 to 75 bouts that have not been recorded yet from the eraly part of his career. But the record that I have for Sam Langford, which is pretty well complete lists him at 138 total knockouts, which is tops currently. Another fighter who is moving up the list is Alabama Kid, who many of his bouts have been recorded during the last couple of years making his total currently 114, but it is almost certain that he too is missing between 20 and 50 bouts that have yet to be recorded. So right now it would go Langford, Moore, Fox, Stribling and Billy Bird are the fighters with 120+ career knockouts with Buck Smith and Alabama Kid knocking on the door.
