Post by drew kim »

Wasn't there a guy bragging him up? Im watching him on TV and he's absolutely horrible. Time to go back to $1500 club fights

Isiah Thomas was hyped big time when he turned pro...inactivity made us forget him. Getting a reminder now.

I thought the fight was closer than the scorecards indicated but yea, this was my first look at Shimmel and he was pretty bad. Seemed like he had a good jab but didn't use it enough. Half the time he was just bullrushing in, whiffing on a punch or landing something grazing, and then clinching and throwing crappy noogie punches.

Yes his father posts here regularly. His name is Dennis.

But i will defend Jordan this was his worse performance I never saw him look so out of his element.

That might be because this is the first time he'd fought someone even remotely decent.

People where saying he was the best American cruserweight :shame: I saw at least 3 American cruserweights on the same card that maybe better than him.

I disagree if Thomas or Shimmell would have been with that same the result would have no different maybe even more competive. He dominated every round.
