Top 25 undefeated British novices

According to Boxrec ratings. Novice status relates to each fighter having no more than 20 fights. Kid Galahad excluded from rankings whilst banned.

Quite a few of these I've never even heard of - how many of these could realistically go on to world honors?

Callum Smith isn't far away from a title shot so it's realistic he'll pick up a strap probably sooner rather than later. Liam Walsh should be there or thereabouts in the not too distant future. AJ, Campbell and Khal Yafai all have the talent to go to the top. I really like Catterall at the moment. He looks the business. Not sure about how far he will go yet but he's great to watch.

A few good middleweights there.
This is the best I can remember for British boxing.
I can't remember the last time we had so many good flyweights.

The boxrec pound for pound rankings have been used dean which go on the points system.

Jamie for some reason has only got 41 pts which is surprising Mucha the lowest ranked on here has got 55 so i dont think its a list based on skill or opinino just on the points that you have got on boxrec. Also has heffron been inactive for more than 12 months ? if he has you get dropped from boxrec rankings

No, because it's a British list, but Jason Quigley is probably as good a prospect as anybody on here.

Disagree completely.
Callum I reckon is the best of the Smith Brothers.
I can see him beating Fielding and I'd back him to beat the winner of Jack-Groves

That was my thoughts. I wouldn't consider anyone at British title level a novice. Novice I would consider to be those with less than ten fights campaigning in four and six rounders.
