This is getting talked about. Apparently Sauerland are heading to the US to talk to Hopkins' team.
Thoughts on this bout?
Arthur Abraham v Hopkins?
Re: Arthur Abraham v Hopkins?
Not sure. I think Hopkins should win.
But Abraham looked pretty awesome in his last fight. It depends which Arthur shows up. If he lets his hands go and goes for the KO he's got a good chance. If not I expect Hopkins by UD.
Fight makes a lot of sense actually. Hopkins will finally get a SMW title if he wins.

Please no.
I don't want to see Hopkins in with any punchers. He's got nothing left to prove.

I genuinely believe Hopkins beats Arthur Abraham and he had too much ring smarts and guile for him.PredatorHayds wrote:Please no.

I tend to agree. The more I think about it, the easier a night I think it is for Bernard.
Froch outboxed Abraham with ease, and is nowhere as cagey as Hopkins. Hopkins output has diminished, but Abraham is no Kovalev, Hopkins will be more than a physical match for Abraham.
Would be a good win to bow out on for Bernard.

This fight any makes real money in Germany.jamesmcdonnell wrote:I tend to agree. The more I think about it, the easier a night I think it is for Bernard.

I can't see Bernard travelling to Germany.
Be a good fight though. Abraham against anyone apart from Smith or Stieglitz is a improvement.
