Peter Quillin will apparently return to the ring against 23 year old Michael "Who" Zerafa, who has fought much of his career around 154 and in his only bout with a notable opponent failed to win a round on two cards and only won a single round on the other against prospect Arif Magomedov. It's obvious they want someone who poses virtually no risk so the fight with Jacobs, which is a solid fight, isn't jeopardized.
I'm not sure if this will be on the undercard of Charlo-Bundradge or whether it will be the main event with that fight as a co-feature, but if Quillin is on the undercard it will be his 9th consecutive time. My thoughts are that it's a weak opponent with a very small chance of winning, but if the Jacobs fight is next it's more excusable considering it would be sandwiched between fights with respectable opposition in Lee and Jacobs.
