Liars shouldn't even have a place in my list, Bradley and JMM have wins over Pac and they have been fighting better competition barring Manny's lost to Floyd which counts against him.

Brooks time is limited imo, he looks big at the weight and will eventually move up. Brook and Bradley will almost certainly fight, either at 147 or 154.

Why is the onus always on Mayweather's opponents to chase him down? Mayweather seems to win every second of every round by default where nothing happens. Yet in bouts like Maidana 1 where a fighter does go all out and pummell him on the ropes, Dave Moretti gives it to Floyd anyway.

My opinion Brook beats everyone not named Mayweather or Pacquiao in the WW division. Brook is the real deal.
