Chavez vs. Camacho went back and forth for the whole match. What an exciting fight. If either boxer would have landed a single punch in the last seconds of the fight, he would have won

Duran finally got a decision in a close fight. Feels nice to break the streak of draws. I thought it was pretty close and whoever won that last round was going to take it. Both Super 6's have been very tight so far.

Well that's P's specialty......fighting a great fight, and coming up short. Even if this fight did seem to be a genuine draw, unlike most of his "draws".

I could see this go-round between Duran and Whitaker being called either way....

and though I honestly think Pernell could beat Duran now and again, I doubt he'd floor him along the way. He'd have to finesse it, and even if he got the better of Duran, I would have a hard time imagining many judges that would give him the benefit of the win. Duran is just too purposefully sober in the ring, and P's attitude and attempting to exploit every subtle nuance to his dramatic advanatage...(even when there was nothing to exploit) would turn must judges off.
