Whilst IBO is atm considered lesser word title, than WBC & WBA there's absolutely no difference neither is WBO.
Unlike IBF, WBC & WBA dug it's grave with multiple titles

Once Zac gets Cagri Emiris out of the way his aim is to fight Arthur Abraham. In the mean time, according to Barry Michael, Dunn has had an offer to fight Andre Ward on the Canelo vs Cotto card.
Sounds like they will let the Ward offer go through to the keeper and a wise move too, because he is nowhere near ready for an assignment like that.

The Ermis fight appears to have been scrapped in light of Dunn's US deal being signed.
