Yeah, he seemed to be consciously coasting but once he landed he finished beautifully.

Big men's bodies cannot sustain that kind of herky-jerky style of Usyk's.
Sooner or later, he will crash and burn.

So I sit through the undercard eagerly waiting for the Usyk fight and about halfway through the final preliminary bout my power goes off, only to return about an hour ago, which also means that I missed Mares-SC and Ruiz-Ceja

Also, while the chanting was decent it has a way to go before matching the Russian standard.

Usyk is incredibly talented, but still vulnerable to counters. I always said that good boxers with counterpunching skills (like Drozd) are much more dangerous opponents for Usyk than big punchers who come forward and try to take their opponent's head off.
