Trainers making great improvements.

Post by VG_Addict »

What would you say are the most dramatic improvements a trainer has made to a fighter? I think one of them would be Steward and Wlad.

Yes good one.

Robert McCracken with Froch. Froch, wouldn't have been the great fighter he has become, without McCracken in his corner.

What was Lee's first fight with Booth?

I think it was the Fitzgerald fight where Lee looked quite ordinary. The pundits said he lacked motivation, he's come on a lot since.

If Cotto beats Canelo then I will have to eat crow and say that this marriage between Roach and Cotto is pretty impressive. But this will be the first worthy win for Cotto since they got together. None of the other fights were anything to rave about. This would be a career marking victory for Cotto.
