Paulie Malignaggi
Paulie Malignaggi
Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to ask, but just wondering what is Boxrec's policy on "retired" fighters. I noticed that Paulie Malignaggi does not have any ranking at the moment, I assumed because it was widely expected he would retire after the Garcia loss - but he has now signed to fight in Italy.... whether this is a one off remains to be seen, but surely he should now have some kind of ranking?

Fixed! Some editors should learn to ignore media reports & in particular social media shite.stujones wrote:Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to ask, but just wondering what is Boxrec's policy on "retired" fighters. Cool, personally I liked the old policy that a fighter would not be "retired" until he was inactive for a year.AntonS wrote:Fixed! Exactly! Guys tend to announce their retirement after a shite night at the office, but that tends to be short lived.stujones wrote:Cool, personally I liked the old policy that a fighter would not be "retired" until he was inactive for a year.AntonS wrote:Fixed!
