Plenty of tickets left for floyd-berto

Post by Pureist »

Seems this fight isn't selling as well as some would think, the tickets are an eighth of the price compared to the pacquaio fight but with 4 days to go they are plentiful, will the public be lied to about the PPV numbers after the fight, this could be a huge blunder for floyd, seems his fans are speaking with their wallets

What is the projected PPV number?

Floyd's last fight drew, reportedly, about 4.4 million buyers.

Will there be about 4 million fewer for this one?

The lure of Mayweather's possible final bout will help the overall figures, but I think this one will draw about 625,000.
There might be some backlash by fans coming off the dismal Fight of the Century.

I'm sure the arena will be full come fight night. The promoters just increase the number of last minute freebies to make it look good for television.

Floyds on a guarantee with showtime isn't he?
His downside money isnt half bad if I remember rightly so no pressure on him tickets or ppv wise really...

Must be some pressure, done more media for this fight than his last 4 put together, released a sparring session, never been done before, there must be some requirement on him, he's trying hard to boost interest for no reason if that was the case
