I think Groves will knock him out. I had a look at Jacks fight against Edwards, when he was stopped in the first round, and it was the overhand right that really hurt him -a punch Groves throws with real venom.

Groves can punch, some of the shots he hit Froch with would have leveled most fighters, its just that Froch had a chin in the same league as Eubank, Holyfield, Tua, McCall etc.

Groves looks really relaxed and focused. Good to see. I hope him and Froch have a pint together at some point.

I think early (ish) stoppage win for Groves. He hasnt looked great since his losses to Froch, but he'll put it all together tonight and stop the Swede before the end of the 5th.

Going to be cheering on George for this, but the nearer I get to the fight the more nervous I get for Grove's chances as he hasn't looked so sharp recently, am also thinking that fighting on away turf against a reigning champion he may not get the complete benefit of doubt in a close scorecards contest. Really hope he does it.

Arguably, this could be Groves's last chance at world level. A loss here will make life very difficult to get back in the mix.
He must know that and for that reason I think he'll be back to his best and will win comfortably.

Sakio is a different ego to GG and also tends not to get stopped.

Groves by stoppage (later rounds) for me. I think he has too much for Jack and will wear him down and wear him out.

compared to Carl Froch, Groves should see this as a walk in the park. Tricky yes, but his power should boss this fight, I really hope gets the tactics right and bombs this pretender out. :TU:
