Going against the grain I like Jersey Joe in this one. He has what it takes to box Foreman to exhaustion. George could get him in the first half of the fight. I think he'd fail more often than not.

I love Jersey Joe I can see him having some good moments using his brilliant boxing ability ............... Foreman would be slightly behind on point's and starting to get a little desperate by round 7 Jersey Joe confidence is sky high after he box's brilliantly but in round 8 Foreman finally catches
Jersey Joe on the rope's and unleashes a desperate attack that forces the ref to intervene 2 minute's into round 8 and crown Foreman a tko winner.

If Marciano could knock Jersey Joe out, Big George would...Walcott by close dec.
Re: Prime Jersey Joe Walcott vs. a prime George Foreman.
JJW was slick, but '73 Foreman was an early rounds monster and I tend to think he probably catches Walcott in a corner and overwhelms him.

This is a tough one, but I'm going to side with Jersey Joe.
I see a similar fight to the Jimmy Young fight, where Foreman will flail away but never really get going against the slicker Walcott.
Walcott by UD, although I'm not unequivocal about that.

Jersey Joe is tailor made for Big George. He was slick but too small. He would get bullied into a corner and pounded out by George within 4 rounds.
Re: Prime Jersey Joe Walcott vs. a prime George Foreman.
George puts him through the ropes at the end of round 3.
Re: Prime Jersey Joe Walcott vs. a prime George Foreman.
It would be Foreman v Frazier 1 all over again.

This is not the plodding, gunshy Foreman that stalked Young without throwing punches.
A confident, pre-Zaire Foreman murders boxers. People assume that Foreman was vulnerable to a good boxer because Ali beat him, but Ali did not OUTBOX Foreman. He OUTFOUGHT him. Early in the fight, Ali tried to move and box George from the outside, but Foreman cut the ring off masterfully, bulled him into a corner and kept him there the entire fight. Ali was forced to block, slip, roll with and take Foremans bombs, and fight fire with fire. If it wasn't for his exceptional toughness and guile, he would have gotten starched. And that's what would happen to Walcott, who was basically a cruiserweight with a dodgy chin.

Ali was able to "outfight" Foreman because no one, and I mean no one could take it like Ali. It was much about how hard his body was, (Norton described it has hitting iron) and how great his chin was....(Ernie Shavers and Joe Frazier....and George Foreman proof) And because he was one great masterful ring general. Now JJW and Ali have ring generalship in common. But JJW was willing to take a few to get some in. Something that maybe only Ali could get away with with George..... This is Georges to lose. I favor him highly. And honestly JJW had more than his share of bad nights in the ring. I think this hypothetical night would be on that list.
Charles would likely have a better chance if you want to dip into that era of opponents. He might be able to pull of a Young style win. And he would have to avoid a lot of incoming. (George did win quite a bit of that fight, it wasn't a slam dunk even as slick as Jimmy played it, and he played it quite well.)
