That was a very impressive win. The punch that ended the fight didn't even look like it landed all that flush.

It would be great to see Jermall vs Andrade or someone like Trout next.

Yeah. This huge win puts Jermall Charlo pretty much on even terms with Jermell Charlo. They seem to be beginning to take over the division, and that would go double if Alvarez permanently moved out of 154. The ratio of Charlos to non-Charlos at the top of the 154 standings is increasing pretty rapidly.

Another mismatch signed by Al Haymon, just like Peter Quillin vs Michael Zerafa and Marcus Browne vs Gabriel Campillo

Browne also failed to stop notoriously chinny Cornelius White two fights ago and couldn't even drop him.I don't think Browne stopping Campillo in one compared to Beterbiev doing it in four means much, just like Don George and Thomas Williams stopping White in the first doesn't suggest that they're close to being on the level of Kovalev, who did it in three. Solid win for Browne but I hope that he soon faces a good fighter who isn't shopworn and hasn't been heavily stopped in their last bout like White and Campillo were.

As for Charlo, that was a standout win even if K9 was past it. He's another fighter I'd like to see fight more good opponents who are in their primes.
