Does anyone else find it strange that a fighter as good as Floyd has had his last apparent fight and it went by with such a whimper? There was barely time from the announcement of the fight to get excited, the opponent was poor, lots of negative headlines going into the fight, I can only imagine how poor the figures will be for ppv buys. Feels strange to me, although I stated on here he'd have the fiftieth after coming out of the contract with Showtime way back when it was signed, he can make a fortune with the right opponent.

there should be a 750ml + option, compared to Maidana 1, his stamina has greatly improved, he looked a lot more energetic last night.

Forget father time, Floyd has found a fountain of yo... tue's.

You need to lighten up husker, it's not like you haven't written things like this about pacquaio, Floyd has bought this on himself by questionable activities, you have to admit he still moves like lightning, great stamina and reflexes, doesn't really fit with a 38 year old, lance Armstrong was very similar don't you think

Some people get banned and just come right back. Like our dear friend Brut. He's here now. Isn't he.. Yeah he's definitely here.

Wish they asked him that in the post fight interview. If I was a journalist at the post fight presser I'd have asked it. If he's really retiring then there's no future event to get banned from (and I doubt Mayweather Promotions will last without him fighting).

It was embarrassing to see how Showtime handled the IV situation. If you think Floyd didn't have something to do with controlling the subject matter of that telecast then you're crazy. Even Jim Gray of all people tucked his balls up in his skirt. Here's a guy that would put his Mom in jail for a headline so don't tell me that Floyd wasn't pulling puppet strings on that situation.

The funny part is that Showtime won't be involved in the 50th if there is one so they missed a great opportunity to show some pride and integrity for once.
