Does anyone recognise the boxer (of the mid-1950s?), or belt, top-centre with a blue-cross through? Best Regards.

Re: Help BoxRec Identify These Boxers & Bouts
Does anyone remember Ron McClaine. He was from Barbados and lived in Ashmore Road Paddington London?

Re: Sullivan vs Kilrain
Why isn't the John L. Sullivan vs. Jake Kilrain bout listed in either Boxer's career bouts?
Re: Help BoxRec Identify These Boxers & Bouts
Just a guess, but maybe because it wasn't a gloved fight? They were bare knuckle.
Re: Sullivan vs Kilrain
It's in the wiki encyclopedia however: http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Jake_ ... ._SullivanPhil Titan wrote: ↑01 Nov 2018, 21:18 Why isn't the John L. Sullivan vs. Jake Kilrain bout listed in either Boxer's career bouts?

I think this is Billy Grime, former Feather/Light/Welterweight Australian championThe Billy Grime pictured was a prolific fighter during the 20s and early 30s. It's likely your father's opponent used Grime as his ring name. Best of luck on your endeavours for information on your father:my father Titch Little fought Billy Grime at Newcastle on 30/10/1943 and won by KO I think it was Billy’s first profight and my dads last
