Groves underestimated Jack, or overestimated himself, one way or the other, he went into the fight over confident and i suspect as a result, under focused on the task at hand. He needs to drop the big I AM attitude and forget the pre fight mind games, i think its hindering him more than anything.

Money.Nothing more as proved by the scenes in Groves' dressing room after Froch 1 with him, his mrs and Booth. Apparently Booth was looking for a cut that was not satisfactory to George, an example of a dual role of coach and manager not working out. I don't say this with first hand knowledge or any more than yourself mate it's just bits & pieces i've seen & put together seems the most feasible explanation, I wonder if Price and Cleverley failed to stick around for the same reason? not that they turned out any great loss unfortunately
