They put forward an offer of urine samples given any time & 3 scheduled blood tests in the first round of negotiations; 1 during camp, another 30-days out, and one right after the fight. It was rejected by Floyd.

2. Both sides went to a judge to act as mediator, the judge ruled 24-days instead of 30-days cutoff. Again, rejected by Floyd.
