Should change the poll to stoppage and points.

Can not see anything other than a Chudinov stoppage. It can be argued he isn't a legitimate world champ but from what I have seen he is a very solid fighter and can bang. I think he would give Arthur Abraham a good fight and possibly win.

Buglioni whilst in good fights struggled with Markham who is domestic level at best and still eats right hands. Really bad matchmaking IMO it's too big a jump in levels.

He should have fought Markham again or Blackledge for the commonwealth ( fights Markham Oct 10th) then looked to rematch Khomitsky.

Will be a good fight while it lasts though with the right opponents Frank is value for money IMO.

I can't really stick Buglioni tbh. He was talking bout targeting Groves and DeGale etc... Confidence is a good thing but I think Buglioni is dangerously over confident at times. Fielding, Smith and Murray would dismantle him never mind Groves or DeGale! Chudinov will take him apart inside four rounds.

I agree - I have also read the interviews and thought the same.

Yeah his confidence far outweighs his ability!

I see nothing but an early win for Chudinov. Buglioni is so average, he is barely European level, so how he is fighting for a World title is beyond me. It is where the voluntary defence can be made a mockery of. I can't believe he is 3/1 in some places. The fights hasn't been priced up for anything other than the win or method of victory, but if they offer round group bets, I will be going Chudinov in round 1-3 or 1-4.

Decent card this a few all British well matched fights on the undercard. Looking forward to Pettit v Bobby Jenkinson, think Jenkinson could spring the upset in this one.

As for Buglioni/Chudinov can't see anything but a Chudinov win....hope I'm wrong though.

I totally agree with all on here who say this looks very one sided, entertaining whilst it lasts etc, the only thing I keep thinking about is that Warren
does not normally throw his fighters into a fight he genuinely feels they can't win, I know its happened before so no need to quote fights etc but he has a pretty good record of making fights at the right time.

That is the thing that keeps me wondering if he thinks he knows something, Frank is a huge ticket seller and a "good hiding" could even possibly see him walk away from the game for a good while if not permanently, so why risk your guaranteed thousand tickets for a good few years, just for one night, at face value don't make sense to me.

I agree with all that you say.

I am sure that there are a few more fights that FW could arrange before this one.

I always support the British boxer, and always go for the underdog, but if Buglioni wins a World title then for me that would just not be Cricket.

Maybe Buglioni is getting a mega payday (by his standards) and he really wanted the fight. Not much FW could really say to that other than advise against it.
Ultimately It's Buglioni decision...

There's no boxer ever going to turn down a world title shot, strange things can happen and at least he can say he's boxed for one. To be honest though, I thought Lee Markham beat him and people would scratch their heads if Lee was catapulted into a title shot. Buglioni is tough so I can't see him folding very early, I can see him being rescued by the ref in the 4th but hell be brave, game and go out firing.

You guys are absolutely deluded, Buglioni is boxing's biggest secret, he's an unpolished diamond and now its his time to shine. Chudinov is in for the shock of his life as all you are, Frank the tank will run through him.

I'm putting my life savings on a Frank KO, easy money.

I tipped Buglioni last time and im gonna stick with it,he's a busy fighter whereas Chudinov seems a bit more methodical and i think Frank can outwork him to get it on points, especially at home with those fans behind him,Buglioni's defence is pretty poor but he does have a good chin and although he loves a scrap,he has shown a few times he can box too,he was pretty measured last time against Castaneda so i wonder if thats gonna be the plan on the night,as i said Frank is pretty easy to hit but for me he is better when he's putting the pressure on so he's got to be smart and pick his spots to let his shots go

He has to be careful though because Chudinov can hit and will be strong throughout,if Buglioni wastes too much energy wailing away early like he did against Khomitsky then Fedor will no doubt get him out of there

Its a close one and i can understand Chudinov being favourite but i fancy Buglioni for the job

Not saying Buglioni will win but, aside from Sturm, Chudinov has fought some very poor quality opponents in various boxing backwaters. Sturm is surely on the slide now. So is there a chance Chudinov is being overrated ?

I think everyone is forgetting two important facts:

1. Buglioni is from a fighting race, being Italian like Gatti, Rocky Balboa and Gianfranco Rosi. Warriors who won so many fights on heart alone.

2. Buglioni, as commentators are keen to remind, is a big ticket seller.... I think the pressure will get to Chudinov. The atmosphere will be too intimidating and he will buckle. Also, unlike Buglioni, he doesn't come from a fighting race, and this will be the difference.

Buglioni by dominating mid round KO for me.

Why do they go on and on about his ticket selling . Any seller worth their salt should sell out a local arena for a world title shot. Anything less than 5,000 done by Frank alone is crap.

I sincerely hope you're not. Buglioni just isn't good enough. No chance of him winning this fight.

I haven't watched much of the wise guy lately, but has he really improved much ? I remember him being pretty straight up and lacking a defense, and with a heavy handed Russian in front of him for 12 rounds that doesn't bode well.

The first time Chudinov stepped up, he won a world title in the other guys backyard, whereas the first time Frankie stepped up, he got battered.

Same thing seems likely to happen here, late stop for the terminator.
