Yamanaka is the king of the straight punch 1-2... mixing that deceiving but precise jab and following up with a precise straight on the button

Like almost ALL real southpaws, they have the precise power hand uppercut in their arsenal

Looks like Yamanaka has the pop advantage

What we have here guys is 2 of the best southpaws in the sport facing each other. Two fighters with precise left shots that can change a fight instantly. Both solid technically too. I think Moreno is one of the best counterpuncher in the sport. Yamanaka has the pop advantage. Yamanaka also has more mobility and could fight this one from the outside with his busy jab and straight.

What a great matchup. There are lots of ? surrounding Moreno and we will have answers. I doubt Yamanaka can emulate the high work rate bully style that Payano used to beat Moreno. But i think Yamanaka could negate the countering opportunities by being very mobile and remaining on the outside usuing mainly his straight punch arsenal. That would push Moreno to be VERY effetive and hunt for opportunities which he is not the greatest at. Moreno i'm sure would prefer dealing with the pressure and countering from the back foot.

Enjoy the fight!
