Bag & Stand Advice for Home Use

Post by SAPFO »

Just about to get a bag & stand for the spare room. It has to be a stand as I can't attach to the walls.

Bear in mind I am 110kg so this will take a pounding.

This is the stand £125

Looks like you've done your homework.

Good choice on the stand (we have a similar one in our gym) it's perfect for when you can't mount to ceiling.

Personally, I'd choose the angle bag; uppercut practice on a straight bag can be a bit of a challenge.

Since yesterday I have had a few more suggestions of free-standing dummies. Had a shit stand alone in the past which put me off. It seems they've evolved a little.

One is more expencive, but has the 'shorts' for a more realistic target.
