I gave Frank the first and don't think he shoulda been deducted 119-108 for me.
(10-8 round for pasting in 10th)

Disagree he might never be the same again - will improve enormously from that effort - perhaps even win a Euro title one day..

I think it will take something out of him, he took a lot of clean punches but he deserved to hear the final bell after the effort he put in.

2 points off was a bit harsh for me, Buglioni had just landed some good shots and I don't think he heard the bell. A point had to come off because it was late but it wasn't deliberate so I don't think he should have taken two off.

I think 2 points off was more than fair. Some referees would have disqualified him.

Somewhat surprised and very much disappointed that the live coverage has now finished . I was looking forward to the rest of the nights entertainment , especially Corcoran v Skelton.
i suppose it will be on later in the week with Skeete and Patterson .

So much for the dedicated live boxing channel ?

You have to feel for Frank, he's giving it everything he's got.
On my stream the bell clearly went before the punch and while the audio may have been out of sync Chudinov dropped his hands and stopped fighting before the punch, which leads me to believe that he heard the bell sound before being hit.

It was just as you describe on TV too. Snide shot. Asking for a rematch wasn't a surprise but it will be a worse beating if they do it again.

He showed a lot of heart, he's just not quite on that level, ultimately.

I've only just caught up on this card. Buglioni should have been pulled out at the end of the 10th imo. Enjoyable fight anyway, albeit very one-sided.

Frank was game as Phuk but was so so easy to hit. Fedor couldn't miss with jab and genuinely could have won the fight with one hand. I seriously wandered if Buglioni has a problem with his sight as he just didn't seem to see the jab coming at all. Frank did very well to see it out so praise where it's due there.

buglioni would be decimated by george groves. he lasted tonight because he should tremendous heart, sure, but courage or no courage, if he wasnt clearly bigger than chudinov, and the champion could punch a bit, frank wouldnt have seen the 8th round.

if that was groves landing those punches...forget about it

So where does he go from here then?
He clearly isn't world title level.
A fight with Groves makes sense for groves, Buglioni and Fr@nk W@rren.
Both coming off losses, headlines and sells in London, B0xnati0n shows it, winner gets Chudinov.

I like Buglioni, but that not withstanding- the evidence from last night shows that he's not good enough yet to challenge for world titles.

The fact he lost nearly every round and saw the final bell, as being a landslide achievement in itself, speaks volumes.

He can punch and is vulnerable, which will always be entertaining, so there is a career there for him.

But those good looks won't remain intact, that's a certainty. But the lad showed balls.

I thought it was delibrate watching it live and ive watched it a few times on replay and its impossible to tell what the fighters can hear in the ring with the crowd but for me i still think Frank heard it,just going by his body language,he seemed to stop for a split second when the bell initially rang,he seemed to drop his guard slightly, though it might have been because Chudinov was out of range but as Fedor came in Buglioni tagged him

Its hard to say but i think Buglioni was rightly docked

Shocking that he got a "title" shot in the first place.

Has he actually beaten a decent fighter in his pro career?. Tough and brave lad, but a long way off world title level. Chudinov is a basic fighter, solid and accurate but nothing special and he looked a million dollars against Buglioni, winning every round in my book.

What do they do with him now? Keep him on the Domestic/European scene?

Buglioni is too easy to hit and always will be.

He seemed to be fighting scared until he dropped Chudinov then had a mini rally but couldn't keep up it he was gassed.

Rematch with Markham should be his next fight.

Buglioni will do well to win a British title IMO. Brave effort last night but ten times out of ten he'll come up short at that level. I enjoyed the fight last night but he took a beating from probably the weakest of the champions. Plus I'd put Smith, Fielding, Murray, Groves and obviously DeGale ahead of him in the pecking order over here. Chudinov is good but not exceptional. Tough little guy but he was there to be hit all night and seemed as if he could've went up a gear also. Chudinov v Murray would be a cracking scrap!
