2.) Mayweather/Corrales
3.) Trinidad/Joppy
The showings were something that I cannot even put into words. Sub Human performances!

Benn v Mclellan, Benn was on another level mentally that night.
Re: Top 3 "God-Like" Performances
Calzaghe-Lacy. I know people are sniffy about Lacy in hindsight but I still can't believe how easily Joe handled him, he made Lacy look like an amateur all night. It was the definition of man against boy, funny to think they practically had to sedate Calzaghe to get him in the ring. Pity he never got his Lacy five years sooner.

Yes! Total domination, people where applauding the combo's he was throwing and where in awe of his brilliance that night.

The way Pryor came out in the 13th round against Arguello in their first fight was pretty god like

Didn't he have a bit of help in between rounds allegedly?
Re: Top 3 "God-Like" Performances
There was a period in rounds 4-8 where Joe landed almost every blow and dominated in a way you rarely see in world title fights, it was unbelievable. I don't think Lacy got over the first few rounds, he seemed stunned at the difference in quality from early on and just did everything Calzaghe and his corner would want him too.Rexob wrote:SNG wrote:Calzaghe-Lacy. I must admit to thinking Eubank and Chávez were "godlike" after winning their fights against Watson and Taylor.

Lacy had no lateral movement, he was totally made for Calzaghe who could do everything, great performance.

Re: Top 3 "God-Like" Performances
Ali vs Foreman. Ali won a fight he shouldn't have "inspired God like" performance. Just wish they had another camera, when he was doing his Ali shuffle after the knockdown.
Re: Top 3 "God-Like" Performances
Some of the most amazing performances I've ever seen.
Floyd Mayweather vs Arturo Gatti or Phillip Ndou...he looked untouchable in those fights, and really beat the hell out of both guys.
Manny Pacquiao vs Marco Antonio Barrera 1 (It's easy to forget now, Pacquiao was little known coming into this fight, and wasn't seen as a huge threat to Barrera, but he didn't just win. He beat the hell out of Barrera and dominated him every step of the way)
Roy Jones Jr. vs Richard Hall (Roy in all his glory, pounding the living hell out of Richard Hall in what was such a one sided beating it was damn near comical...well unless you were Hall)
