What a big disappointment Lucas looked lethargic, slower and showed no hunger.

And getting stopped by a guy with 11ko's and just staying in his knee counted out.

Safe to say lucas best days are done.

Odd ending.
Wow, you are one hell of a fair weather fan. You've been going on for months about how Mathysse would demolish Pacquiao and everyone else and fecking minutes after Postol stopped him he's suddenly done?

How about giving Postol some credit instead? Mathysse looked like he always did. Postol just took his best, outboxed him and stopped him
Calm your ass down Matthysse looked lethargic and done go look at some of his past fights even in defeat he was always in it. Tonight he looked like shiit and postol is nothing special his clinching was horrendous and made mayweather look like a whirlwind.

Ofcourse you would like to believe it was the same ole Matthysse but fuuck out of here with that shiit.

Call it like it is you know that was not the same Matthysse if you say otherwise then fuuck off cuz your a delusional kid.

Credit to Postol, he's better than I thought and seems to have improved significantly. I'd still confidently favor Crawford over him but he's now one of the major players at the weight.

Who would you favor to win in Postol's fight against Imam, who is mandatory challenger for his title?

Even a fresher Mattysse would have had his hands full with Postol: the guy slowly sucks life out of you with his cardio and can take a great shot.

Victor's weakness is his body, that he protects very well, and Matthysse should have prepared for that instead of going with his usual head hunting routine.

I give him his props, but he's boring as hell, and i don't give much chance vs Crawford.
Amir has good movement too and he could take him.

That was a surprise ending, Lucas looked very demoralised when he was down. Pistol is effective but ugly to watch, he is plenty tough though and strong minded. I think Lucas could do with a break from training and fighting - he may be able to recover some vigour. Pistol was paid 90,000 dollars and is in the mix for some big fights.

Big upset but i could see it coming as it unfolded, maybe not the KO as such but i could tell Matthysse didnt like Postol's power when Viktor was landing as the fight progresed, first 3 rounds i thought we were in for a snoozer with Postol's spoiling but Matthysse started to find his range a little and then so did Postol and the ending was clinical as Lucas looked like he ran out of ideas

Great win and a candidiate for upset of the year

Some of Pistol's counters were accurate and Lucas was pretty much marchng into them, there must have been an accumulative effect, Pistol has a big frame too for a light welter, I imagine he's strong in the clinch.

You're hilarious, you wouldn't shut the hell up about Mathysse for months. Literally minutes after Postol stopped him he was done, it's ridiculous. He wasn't done and he isn't done now. He just got beat up by a better fighter.

Not sure why you're concerned about my ass though, nor what the whole tantrum was about, that is puzzling.

Matthysse is done as a top fighter if you cant see that your a blind man.

Let me tell you something about boxing son all it takes is that one night that one fight for a fighter to show his age and wear and tear.

With that said lucas is still one of my favorites but the guy doesn't have it anymore unfortunately.
