BodyPuncher Orozco vs Tough Veteran Soto Saturday

Post by TheBeast »

Kid has talent and even early in his career, he was showing some promising body punching skills that reminded me of one of my pres fav... matthew Hilton

As he got more experienced, Getting gradually matched aggressively by the espinoza boxing club management, his offensive game gradually got more effective, mixing well and being subtle to the body.

Orozco already has some good wins showing he could sustain a blazzing fast pace and some nasty grinding for 10 rounds...

Soto is one experienced smart operator. Soto is so composed in his square office, he pulls out all the good cards at the right time, using all the tricks in the book and dragging his opponents in his type of fights. He is so frustrating to fight, his opponent end up throwing low blows at him or throwing him on the mat... Untill Soto breaks them down

Soto has those nice grinding straight punch flurries and a very good hook.

As good and effective as Soto was, he was in lots of close fights lately... It's still a BIG test for Orozco... he'll get bullied and will have to deal with all kind of stuff he has never seen before. But i think it's also another proof of how well Espinoza top prospects get managed. Perfect timing once again...Soto is about to become a gatekeeper for good.

The scorecards were far too wide in this fight.

Was disappointed in Orozco was much better against Emmanuel Taylor. Thought this was a very close fight.

I agree. Good fight and much closer than the judges scorecards.

Wouldn't mind seeing a rematch but I know it aint gonna happen.
