19 days to show date and some pretty huge rabbits are going to have to be pulled out of hats to make this one PPV-worthy, otherwise they will have an absolute stinker on their hands and I hope it bombs big time.

Currently Brook vs Chaves, McDonnell vs Parodi, plus Burns and Eubank Jnr on the undercard with unconfirmed opponents. Jeez. That should just be a bog standard Saturday Fight Night. McDonnell would be a Friday Fight Night on his own, this is not anywhere near PPV stuff.

It isn't good enough for an extra £16 payment, Cobra and its come to something when real boxing fans are hoping a show bombs.

Pretty sure this isn't ppv now. With a cheap opponent for Eubank jnr and Ricky Burns off the bill, I think they've tried to save money on the undercard. Also with Klitschko vs Fury putting sky under pressure with refusing a Feb date and re-arranging for 28th November I think sky have had to pull this from ppv. I could be wrong but no mention of ppv on latest press release.

Also James Degale fighting Bute on the 28th November so can add that as part of the Klistschko vs Fury ppv.

Its still being advertised as PPV on sky sports news but if Eddie does downgrade it to regular Sky sports then he can bask in the adulation as a hero

Articles about Eubank Jnr and McDonnell on Sky Sport website s have both said that the respective fights will be on "Sky Sports". I certainly hope so.

Embarrassing climb-down for Sky - guess that means Brook isn't a PPV fighter after all?

Still, can't fault the line-up over the next 6 weeks or so. I'll happily pay for the Fury-Klitschko fight, will be my 2nd PPV of the year after the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.

Glad they've climbed down and seen sense, annoyed that they thought they could still try it on with PPV for a show like that, it's probably only the reaction on social media and forums that made them realise they'd crossed the line at which they can push boxing fans.

I'd be surprised if AJ/Whyte end up on PPV now - can't see 2 in 2 weeks?

That schedule says the Cleverly Fonfara fight is on the 17th but Boxrec says 16th. Do you know which ones right?

Fair play fvck all! the fact they even considered it shows that they only care about profit and don't give a toss about us. If they could rip us off they would have, they just didn't think they'd get away with it.
It's like congratulating someone for deciding not to break into your house after he went round your back garden and as he was about to stick a crow bar in your door discovered you'd an alarm so left.
