Quick recap of the draft rules:

When the draft order is announced, the Manager with the first pick will be given 12 hours exactly to make his selection. If does not state a fighter within the time limit, then the draft will move on to the next Manager, however he does NOT miss his turn - as he can still state his preference the next time he is online.

Advice - as such, all Managers are advised to familarise themselves with their draft order and as the draft draws near to their pick they should consider private mailing Mr Crease & Mr Fist their top 5 picks of the available fighters. That way, you will get the best possible fighter in your eyes.

Don't sleep in. Don't miss the boat. Make an effort and get some good fighters.

NOTE: Managers are encouraged to PM the Commish's so that they don't miss their pick even if they are not online.

Good luck to you all. I hope that you all get warriors to go to war with, and bring honour to your stable.

I have assigned numbers to each Manager (which I have PM'd to Mr DaveyMac)
Mr Techno89 is selecting the number sequence which will determine the draw.

Draw will be announced after Mr Techno gets back to me, and I will confirm the draw with both of them after announcing it.

DRAW HAS BEEN MADE

Mr DaveyMac can confirm the draw in due course... In the meantime, BoxBuzz - that old crook - has gotten the first pick and is on the clock.

12 hours starting now!

- And once again gentlemen (I know that I am repeating myself, but) - do send the 3 Commishes your top picks, it speeds up the process significantly.

I don't see why not. We can put you at spot #13. I'll remain the last spot of the cruiser, first of the super middle. So spot #14 I will be, unless more show up.

Slightly unfair on me that way, as I get bumped down a spot in the in the SM pick without gaining anything in the CW pick.

Agreed. Because of the unique nature of this season (having 2 weight classes) there has to be a balance. I will confer with the other Commishes and see what we come up with, there's still time enough yet to try and work something out.

Easy enough fix to me. Put Hog at the end of the CW round for being late, then at the end of the SMW round. I'll keep my first pick at 168 and #13 at CW. Still should be enough talent all around, but at least the people that joined on time aren't at a loss. Anybody that joins after Hog, we'll do the same.

I'm pretty sure BoxBully's time has now expired so Tomasino would be up.

I'm not sure if it has or not. I have Tomasino's picks and gave them to both Crease/F.O.L. as well. If Crease calls his time up, he'll have Tom's pick. Buzz and Bully can feel free to pick whenever they want to at this point.

so is my time up? Can I pick Evander Holyfield or can Buzz just come and state him as his preference and take him? I'm still not totally sure about the rules here. I will state my alternate pick shortly anyhow

You arrived to make your pick before Buzz. So if you want Holyfield, he's yours.

edit: Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh okay so if he misses his 12 hours, he does not totally miss his turn and get bumped to the bottom of the order, he just gets to pick whoever is left when he is online next?

p.s. YES! I want Evander Holyfield if I can have him :box:
