Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
I think Evans will grind this out on points. Stalker is pretty easy to hit for a top class amateur. Evans aquitted himself quite well against Cardle but maybe just lacked that wee bit of experience.
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Stalker struggled with Carus in his last fight who is below Evans level. Evans shown v Cardle he is tough and domestic level standard. If he has an aggressive game plan I think he will stop Stalker.
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Stalker on points.
Can see a dull fight with a pair of cagey southpaws, but it's the sort of fight that suits Stalker, Evans isn't a puncher and he'll get time and space to box and while he hasn't looked cut out for the professional game yet, I think class will tell and he'll come through on points, close but clear. He's moved down from light welterweight for this fight, whereas Evans still felt like he could make super feather this time last year and Stalker should have height and reach advantages too.

Agree with expe
I fancy stalker on points. Evans needs to go down a division. He's a talent but not at LWW

I'll go with Evans on a very close decision
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Stalker on points, too big for Evans.
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Ive not seen a great amount of Craig Evans but from what Ive seen and of Stalker recently Im putting my dosh down on Evans decision
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
The fight is at lightweight with Stalker going down not Evans going up.
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Brilliant first three rounds.
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
good fight this and to be fair to Stalker hes looking much much better tonight, missed the first 3 rounds
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Any results
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Fair play to Stalker. He looked a different proposition at lightweight. Best performance so far from Stalker.
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
No fornicating way!
Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Stalker robbed there. I thought the ref was only letting Evans finish because he'd tried so hard, never imagined Evans would get a share of the spoils after surviving like this. Stalker said he's employed a sport's psychologist. It obviously has done something for him.

Do I have to look for another thread now to do the next fight?

Re: Thomas Stalker vs Craig Evans
Stalker got completly robbed.
FairPlay to Evans for admitting he lost.
Stalker needs to rematch Evans or Cyrus now
