Heard from a v good source that the March 3 Hunter bill in hartlepool coukld be a corker. Hearing Nicky Cook AND Tony Dodson will feature on undercard, as well as Stevie Conway in a title fight. The Hunter fights Massimo Morra and if confirmed suggests Matchroom thinking very highly of him.
Matchroom pushing the boat out it seems. Hunter - Morra, Conway - Kotai, Sean Hughes - Callaghan, Jason Cook, Tony Dodson, Michael Jones, Jamie McKeever, Franny Jones and Chris Burton all down to box. Should be some night.
Is this shown on Sky then? It's time I saw Hunter, after listening to the honourable Mr McNeilly banging on about him for the last 6 months on and off.
Yeah live on Sky March 3. Hunter is as fit as a lop. Trained right through Xmas (and I mean trained) as he thought he was boxing Feb 3 but date was moved. I honestly don't think there is a fitter fighter in Britain right now. He could genuinely box all night.

Hunter's second favourite quote is "I can do 12 rounds standing on my head." His favourite is "I like a good, old fashioned tear up" which he nicked from me when I did a piece on him for Boxing Monthly.
A less well-conditioned fighter would have lost to Pickering. The bloke is a machine.
The bill is on Sky - can't see Nicky Cook being on though, Goods.
Sorry mate i meant Jason Cook. Got all exciterised while typing it! Cracking bill. When he turned pro Mick promised me that he would say "Good old fashioned tear up" in EVERY interview he does. He has not let me down. I reckon Hartlepool Mail reporter Roy Kelly will stick the head on him if he here's it once more...
Hunter is the dogs b|)ll%&$cks ive turned into a hunter fan after he took out Sean Hughes last march, hed beat Dunne, Pickering and the rest on heart alone.
