anyone know any gyms central manchester?

know theres a few on the outskirts, salford and moss side places like that (!), i work in the centre though so wondered if anyone knew any boxing gyms round here? tried the aba site but didnt't find anything that close.

Hi mate. Are you after amateur or pro gyms? Yes, moss Side is just down the road from the city centre and Salfords not too far either. Shannons gym is about 2 miles out of the centre and the bus goes straight down Ashton Old Rd to it. Its open every day from about 4 till 7.

Shannon's Gym is opposite Mancat.

Get the 219 or 220 from the city centre and as mentioned get off at Mancat.

I just did a feature on Bob and his gym after going there on/off since I was a teenager and it is a good gym, a real gym.

Is Monteiro still with Shannon? What is the latest with him?
