WW3 Manchester October 10th RBR
Re: WW3 Manchester October 10th RBR
Alex Steedmans in Doha at the Worlds, he will be back on soon, Charlie Webster is doing fine so far, no complaints from my sofa.

Really great show enjoyed it more than any show for a long long time.
Re; Charlie Webster think she's ok ok she's not got the knowledge and insight as Lillis etc but as a general presenter think she does fine still better than most the sky presenters.

you don't know why they are using Charlie Webster ??milpool wrote:Agreed, when you've got the likes of Rosenthal and Steedman as possible presenters, I really don't know why they've started using Charlie Webster. She clearly loves boxing but she is just not a good presenter.Boxerbeetle wrote:
Oh yeah, and Charlie Webster might be fit, but she was crap last night. She clearly has a producer in her earpiece feeding her lines & questions but she seemed to keep getting confused about what she was saying.Would much rather have Rosenthal or Steadman doing the main presenting duties, with Webster doing some of the post-fight interviews.

Sofia de Stefano? She's done quite a few boxing events, she had a spell on Sky a few years ago. Did seem to know her stuff. And yes, she is very fit.milpool wrote:The lass that was presenting on the London Live bill last week knocks spots off Webster on both presenting and looks...I forget her name though.

Yeah that's the one I was thinking of. Surely there's much hotter pics available than that one?digzee wrote:Is it this girl? -> https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=sophi ... _yfjqoM%3ABoxerbeetle wrote:Sofia de Stefano? It was a spectacular win for Flanagan and Charlie Webster is fine. It was a good bill, allegedly v good value for money I think, given the lack of a boxing programme on Sky now and some mediocre bills apart from the ones you have to pay extra for.

In the days when resin was used on boots pretty important, these days pretty negligible I wud say.Cholo_cws wrote:Lillis, Bunce and allegedly full of mock outrage about ratings yet quiet about what WBO/WBAs given them recently.
How important is it that a referee wipes a boxer's gloves when he's knocked down and his glove's been on the canvas because Terry O'Connor continually doesn't do this.
Well done Flanagan. Very good display.
Noted another poster moaned about the stoppage...no doubt 5 seconds earlier it wud hav been called "another british stoppage" Talk about damned if u do damned if u dont....

Not by me it wouldn't; Magdaleno was clearly gone for quite a long time.maninthemiddle wrote:In the days when resin was used on boots pretty important, these days pretty negligible I wud say.Cholo_cws wrote:Lillis, Bunce and allegedly full of mock outrage about ratings yet quiet about what WBO/WBAs given them recently.
