Helenius v Bakhtov nov then teper dec

When the Teper v Helenius fight was announced for December most people were in agreement it was an interesting matchup.

i lamented the fact that both guys were going to be out til December (a long running issue with me has always been the inactivity of today's top boxers).

But it seems Team Helenius have scheduled a fight for Nov against hugely experienced journeyman Dennis Bakhtov as well.

This can be viewed as a warm up for the Teper fight..and as such lends credence to the fact that Helenius is serious about becoming a contender again.

Very good warm up fight. Bakhtov has a lot of miles but he is dime steak tough and can pull the upset if you're not prepared.

I can't foresee him giving Helenius any trouble though. Robert should stop him in 4 or 5 rounds.
