Ronnie is going over to MGM on Thursday for his camp, They have been amazing in giving the opportunity to train full time and spar with great fighters such as Derry Mathews, Stalker, Conlon etc hopefully. Also Lewin Benson going over. Never seen him train this hard so hopefully see a good fight

Jamie lets be real about this,Ronnie has most definitely had camps before,sure he sparred galahad once,put up in a b&b also been over to spain before,and several occasions down south so thats a wee fib,but none the less MGM should be beneficial to him change of scenery and the best facilities money can buy,im hoping cacase dies at the weight and this effects the performace so predict a late stoppage win for Ronnie,and puts him back in the british title stake

Daniel, Ronnie didn't have a fight when he went to Sheffield, he went down there as a sparring partner for a week for Galahad to prepare him for his fight. Also he went out to javea Spain for a week, but that was not a camp either, he had no trainer he went over just to get sparring. I don't need to lie, Davie has trained him for his last 3 fights and ask him if Ronnie trains with his trainer, financially it's just hasn't been possible, he trains himself 99% of the time, no excuses here it is what it is, but Ronnie has went in against all his opponents with little training and just fighting on heart and will to do well and keep himself in shape.

Week till this fight, amazing camp for Ronnie,3 weeks at MGM Marbella with some amazing sparring, started off with great sparring at lochend And finishing with Lewis Benson who is stylistically great sparring with the rangey boxing style. Over 150 tickets sold also so gonna be rowdy in the capital!! Gonna be a very good fight we hope!!

Ludicrous odds,Ronnie's at home plus has been in with far better opposition and all his losses have been close,i strongly fancy Ronnie's experience and workrate to see him take this,Cacace is a decent boxer from what ive seen of him but gotta go with the Shark

Got tickets for this 1 although im gonna be rushing about like mad seeing as i dont finish until half 5,looking froward to seeing Josh Taylor too

I'm biased so won't really go into it, I also won't bet on it as its my family, for me it's a 50/50 fight, cacace hasn't fought a menaningful fight! His last opponont was stopped by featherweights. About 18 stoppage losses. Ronnie has been in with far better fighters and been robbed more than once and pushed them close. Bookies have messed up for me, Ronnie is in shape of his life, time will tell

Judges had Cacacae by 3 both fighters were out on there feet in the last Ronnie knew he needed a stoppage and pushed to hard and got caught when tired. Got to say that tonight was not boxing and Howard foster should be very ashamed he warned cacacae at least 8 times continued use of the head, holding and leaving his lead arm out to keep Ronnie away. Its a shame fighters don't get a fair crack but watching that is shocking. I had Cacacae up by 1 with Ronnie winning the last at the time he got caught. Very proud of Ronnie he left it all in the ring.

Just back from the show and still gutted,Ronnie gave it his all but Cacace was good tonight,although he dictated long spells by just leaving his lead hand but it was a dirty fight at times,i thought Cacace was in control but i never seen a stoppage coming,fair dues

Ronnie knew he needed KO and went out on his shield,hopefully he dusts himself down and gets back in the ring soon

First things first, well done Anthony, I said all along it was a 50:50 fight he hadn't proved himself and could go one way or another with him aiming to prove he's real deal, size won fight, he was huge At weight and that massive right hand carries accuracy and power, fatigue did bring on the stoppage with Ronnie going all out for a needed stoppage with cacace for me two or three rounds up in rounds that were all close and scrappy.

Re Howard Foster when the footage comes out you will see how many times he was warned for that lead arm, hitting on break and just spooling, it's done and the better man won on the night but the way these referees act is a disgrace and I hope one day the referee is punched in the face for long periods of time before trying to pull hard working fighters pants down! Anthony will do excellent if he can stay at the weight, he looked dead on the scales and then came out superb, very clever way he boxed, Ronni struggled with the distance and in my opinion we should be looking at feather weight. The camp went great at MGM and he had some great sparring and help for this so no excuses st all and we hope Ronnie will bounce back from this stronger, better fighters than Ronnie have been stopped and will be stopped on the future.

I seen a small clip of it on Facebook, he was exhausted and out on his feet, just far to much weight, we're all close rounds and Ronnie gave it his all just came up short, cannot see many super feathers wanting to fight cacace to be fair, he's massive looked like a light middle weight and bigger than josh Taylor lol, when he walked in ring was like no way ha, it's being uploaded onto you tube over weekend though, was a good fight

Just out of interest, when was the weigh in ?

If on the day of the fight, what time was the weigh in and what time was the fight?

If the day before, any weights on the day of the fight?

All day before weigh ins, 2pm weigh in, so gave cacace over 30 hours to rehydrate which I was not happy About, Ronnie was 15 minutes late for weigh in so they didn't wait on him, they done it without us with all fighters. For me a day before weigh in should be 24 hour weigh in but hey,

I mentioned after the fight on the way home that Ronnie might want to try moving down to featherweight because Cacace did look massive compared to him,it was either that or Anthony is a freakishly big super feather,Ronnie just couldnt get near him,all the rounds were close and similar,i expected a late surge from Ronnie because he does seem to get stronger as a fight goes on,thats a credit to his fitness but Cacace got the stoppage as Clark was probably having his best spell

Im still gutted,i dont claim to know Ronnie well but ive met him a few times over the years and he even dropped my tickets for this fight off at my house and was happy to talk for 20 minutes about this fight,sparring etc,i kind od bent his ear a bit but he's a total gentlemen and when the dust settles he'll realise that getting stopped isnt the worst thing to happen to a fighter when you look at the bigger picture,Pacquiao,Benn and countless hall of famers have been stopped and many more will be,its hazard of the job especially at a high level

This is time for Ronnie to show his mettle,especially if he carries on over in Marbella getting top quality sparring and training,Ronnie knew in the last round he needed a KO to win and knew he was gonna go out with a bang,he couldve have preserved his record of having never been stopped or even put down but then he would have had to coast which is not in his make up

I look forward to Ronnie having a confidence booster win then bringing another quality opponent in only this time up to Dundee where funnily enough Ronnie has faced his easier opposition
