I have noticed looking at Jones record, that since moving up full time to cruiser, he seems to be knocking people out - not very good people, but nonetheless, he's still capable of putting a beating on people.
I doubt he's going to put a beating on Enzo however, Enzo will land big and it will be game over.

His reflexes have diminished, he has much slower feet, reduced hand speed and severely reduced balance.
He was badly knocked out by Tarver, Johnson and Green, all of whom are fairly basis fighters (albeit tough), whom he would have rung rings round in his prime. He is now a long way off being that fighter.
I hope that he doesn't get too badly hurt, but can't see him not getting hit, and not getting knocked out. What on earth is he thinking.
Floyd Mayweather is not the most likable of people -I much prefer Roy Jones as a person, but he is smart enough to know when to quit and not get hurt.

Based on his last fight with Chisora then yes.
He carries one punch knockout power. He always has. I can't see him fighting again anyway.
Clearly the winner would be a deserving super champ, considering that neither is ranked by the WBA at CW, they were both were knocked out by 'regular' champ Lebedev, and neither has a world class win or even fringe-world class win in years.
Either way, PP have opened with Enzo as the 6/4 underdog. Most in this thread seem confident he'll win so that could be a decent bet for you lads.

Thing is, the WBA have come out with so many nonsense title fights lately, that it seemed entirely plausable that they would sanction this for their super title.
Good match this. You'd have to go with Enzo as the bigger and considerably younger man. On the other hand, Roy will sort of be at home, apparently he's quite a celebrity over there now. And he has grown into the cruiserweight division well. Nonetheless, I think Enzo takes this one by mid to late-rounds stoppage.

Spark out? The referee stopped that one, Jones was still standing. To me "spark out" would be more what happened against Tarver or Johnson.

It's mentioned in his Book Making Haye. Interesting read, but Roy Jones to me should never have come back down from heavyweight to fight Tarver in a division where he had proved himself time and time again. Shame.

He seemed to age overnight when he made weight for that tarver fight - he really must have taken some diabolical liberties with his body.
Jeebus! He looks like Morgan Freeman in photo 4! He also has an odd vacant look in his eyes in the photos. Macca doesn't look too fresh himself though.... In photo 5 he looks like skinny 45 year old HIV positive queen..... Sorry to be 'offensive'

Yeah, I was going to say the same about Macca, he looks like the older of the chuckle brothers (they are a pet obsession of mine) - doesn't look well.
I'm 44, have been battering the booze and drugs for the best part of 15 years on and off, and I look healthier than either of them - well, at least with my top on, and my ventilator temporarily removed.
