The Judge Bill Holmes should be investigated. No way that fight with Huck and Dominguez should've been a Split Decision, and 117-113 for Dominguez? That's just criminal.

I sent one of guys to dig up some info, this is what was reported back to me

Bill Holmes from Annapolis, Maryland, USA is a former referee who worked for the Maryland State Athletic Commission.

Maryland State Athletic Commission Executive Director, Patrick Pannella says "He was a true professional who was always prepared to officiate. He had great respect for the boxers and a great love for the sport"

As far as his card goes, it was nearly identical to the other two judges up until the last four rounds where he gave Dominguez the edge in each of those rounds. I've reviewed the rounds and although I'm not quite sure why he scored the final round for Dominguez I gave him rounds 9 and 10, round 11 I gave to Huck but it was somewhat of a close round and Holmes must of just liked what he saw from Dominguez in that one.
