GGG makes his fellow 160lbers look even shitter than they are because he's really fuckin good. But lets not forget how shitty they are.

At 160 he will never have an opponent properly challenge him I am sure and no, not his fault he plies his trade in a shitty age for middleweights.

I don't know if that even makes me question GGG.

Everybody on this site would watch Golovkin-Froch. It's up there with the best fights that could be made in boxing.

He didn't have to, but he was thinking about it saying that if he fights anybody, it would be Golovkin. He twitted "Too big, too strong for GGG", but when Loefler replied suggesting him to prove it, Froch disappeared.

Froch also said that it would be "a dream" to share the ring with Bernard Hopkins - and he said that when they met in America. Hopkins himself said that he had "big respect" for Carl Froch and called him "a warrior". So by your illogical train of thought, Froch has retired to duck Hopkins as well - even though they are different weight classes.

I would also add to this that there were talks of Froch vs Ward II in England... And also that people wanted to see James DeGale get his mandatory shot against Carl before he retired.

If there's one recently-retired fighter walking around who does not deserve to be accused of ducking any boxer, then it is Carl Froch. Here's a man who consistently fought twice-per-year against top level opposition at the time that he fought them.

Pay the man his dues... He deserves a hell of a lot of credit. In fact, I wish that we had a dozen more fighters like him going around the various weight classes.

Call me old-fashioned if you will, but I like to see the best guys fighting the best guys.

Yes, Froch deserves a lot of credit for what he did in pre-Groves times, but he also deserves SOME critique for throwing some challenging speeches but then retiring.

Well, at least he retired. Some fighters who are allegedly still active want to keep getting credit and not getting any critique for what they did MANY years ago, Ward being a "good" example.

Joe Calzaghe was and still is far more accomplished than Froch, yet endured the same judgement. Still does, from the hypocrites. People have unrealistic demands of these guys, especially when their at the end. We put too much weight on the stupid shit they say, because fighters are the best liars.

Froch can't make 168 anymore. Loefler will talk to GGG/Sanchez about a possibility of a higher weight.
