A loss would kill off interest in a Mundine rematch and he can sell more PPV's with garbage overseas fighters because his fan base in the main DKSAB.GhostBoxing15 wrote:Green Promotions must scour the pubs of Europe looking for an opponent, blinded by the fact that there's plenty of decent fighters here in Oz. Broadhurst, Bika, Caparello , Aloha, Flannagan, Pitt, McCracken,
Does Greeny think he can promote someone nobody has ever heard of better than local fighters that are all rated above the garbage man? What is he afraid of? I'm guessing the garbage man will rollover for $, an Oz fighter will see it as an opportunity and make it a real fight, What everyone's thoughts?

A Green loss would mean he's lost 3 out of his past 6. Mundine has also lost 3 of his past 6.DA GOOSE wrote:A loss would kill off interest in a Mundine rematch and he can sell more PPV's with garbage overseas fighters because his fan base in the main DKSAB.GhostBoxing15 wrote:Green Promotions must scour the pubs of Europe looking for an opponent, blinded by the fact that there's plenty of decent fighters here in Oz. Provided they both want the fight a Green loss is unlikely to make a difference.

You're right he probably just wants a easy win rather than give a better credentialed Aussie a pay day.bogan whisperer wrote:A Green loss would mean he's lost 3 out of his past 6. Why quote a post and then write something totally irrelevant to it?DA GOOSE wrote:You're right he probably just wants a easy win rather than give a better credentialed Aussie a pay day.bogan whisperer wrote:A Green loss would mean he's lost 3 out of his past 6. I was agreeing with you a loss wouldn't affect a Mundine rematch. He's just fighting the Montenegrin garbageman rather than higher ranked Aussie
LHW's like Bika,Lovett,Broadhurst,Powdrill because he wants a easy win.

Green is also 42. Is only one fight into a comeback after years out of it and it is a comeback he only made for one reason. To fight Mundine again. hard to believe you still don't 'get it.

Stunning that you claim to follow boxing yet are naive enough to believe everything boxers say and then, in Danny Green's case, when it doesn't turn out to be true, want to highlight every example over and over againDA GOOSE wrote:bogan whisperer wrote:Green is also 42. I moved onwards and upwards and left him behind a long time ago
When Tyson said he wanted to eat Lenox Lewis' children I bet you thought he meant it and would turn up at Lewis' home with a knife and fork
Wise up. Boxers have been talking b.s. since pro boxing began and your daily anti Green campaign is getting extremely tiresome. Little wonder the threads keep getting closed.
Re: Green vs Konrad - Dec 2
No boxer in the history of boxing has flip flopped as much as Green has concerning Mundine. It's amusing seeing his fans defend it though I wonder who will mention post fight if he gets past this stern test Konni Konrad?

Oh dear! Never heard of Mayweather and Paquiao?
Sure you would have. Mundine name dropped Mayweather's name every interview for years

Give yourself a rest. Your hogging this topic. I can arrange it if you don't.DA GOOSE wrote:No boxer in the history of boxing has flip flopped as much as Green has concerning Mundine. This would've been your 13th post, had another Mod not ditched one in the middle of the night

Roberto Bolonti was brutally Knocked Out by Youri Kalenga last week in a Cruiserweight bout, goes to show where Green Is at World level & we fully understand why he is avoiding real Cruisers & fighting catch weight

Green came back to fight Mundine. His plan was to keep winning and hope Mundine lost and everything is going perfectly to script for him so far.GhostBoxing15 wrote:Roberto Bolonti was brutally Knocked Out by Youri Kalenga last week in a Cruiserweight bout, goes to show where Green Is at World level & we fully understand why he is avoiding real Cruisers & fighting catch weight

Well if he expects Choc to come up to 83kg he is deluded, if he had any true ambition of a rematch his next fight should atleast come in lower than his previousbogan whisperer wrote:Green came back to fight Mundine. The fight will get made now that Mundine has lost. That was the final box to be ticked.GhostBoxing15 wrote:Well if he expects Choc to come up to 83kg he is deluded, if he had any true ambition of a rematch his next fight should atleast come in lower than his previousbogan whisperer wrote:Green came back to fight Mundine. Details like the date and the weight they will fight at will be agreed to in the fullness of time.
