Frampton to win. It isn't a unification though.

I went for Frampton stoppage. Not with any degree of certainty though. I wouldn't be surprised whatever happens.

We're on another expe journey with this fight. With Froch v Groves II it went :-

Eddie won't make the fight --> Oh the fights been made?....Well it's not a unification fight, and Groves will win ----> Oh Froch won. Well I didn't really care anyway.

With Jamie McDonnell it went:-

He's not a World champ and he hasn't fought anyone and won't fight anyone or make any money ----> Oh he is fighting Kameda, well he will lose and Eddie's sending him to lose for so called big money. And it isn't a unification ------> Oh sh1t he won. Well I didn't think he won, and I didn't really care anyway.

With Callum Smith a few weeks back it went:-

Smith's so stiff, Fielding's gonna win -----> Ah sh1t Fielding was stood around for ages. And I didn't really care anyway. And it wasn't a unification!

How's he gonna belittle this fight?

How's he gonna belittle this fight?

Rigondeaux is the real champion, these two are just contenders, Frampton is over rated, Quigg has a funny accent, Quigg got lucky vs Martinez he's actually poo, Frampton nickname doesn't suit him, they're both ducking Donaire, Frampton err....smells?

That's about it. Oh yeah; and it isn't a unification :D

Can't wait for the fight :yay:

I remember watching ringside when barry mcguigan, rendal monroe and scott quigg was on it,the pair of them wer laughing at barry when barry said he thought his man was number 1 in the division,it was when quigg was fighting munroe the first time, since then iv wanted frampton to beat them.and prove the pair of them(quigg and munroe) wrong. Quigg cant even string a proper english sentence together,i know he left school at 15 but you think he would be able to string a conversation together that made sense. I predict the real champ (frampton) by midway stoppage

What's that got to do with his boxing ability?

Its got nothing to do with boxing ability,i think frampton is the better boxer anyway and think he will knock quigg out but i want him to more because of quiggs and munroes disrespect of barry mcguigan. Out of the tho fighters over their whole career quigg has looked the more vunerable in more than one fight were as frampton has only looked abit vunerable in one fight.

Not being a great talker and Leaving school at 15 doesn't make you illiterate. Probably just nerves in front of the camera.

Interview on bbc sport website where Quigg derides Frampton struggling against "blown up bantamweight" Gonzalez.

Eddie "big balls" Hearn giving it the "you're here because we put up the money" lines. Give us a break eddie. Barney called you into his office and said you either deliver a headline ppv fight soon or we may reconsider How we structure the boxing. Eddie tail between his legs goes "yes boss".

Don't go giving it the large eddie you needed frampton more than he needed you

I live near him too, I'm not from the area originally, and understand him fine.

On the fight itself, I am a Quigg fan but I change my mind from day to day on who'll win and probably will do until they're in the ring.

Frampton is 100% right in saying that Quigg wouldn't have taken the fight if he hadn't fought poorly in his last fight. I think Frampton will outwork Quigg, and won't make the sort of mistake that Kiko did. I can see it being 118-110 or 117-111. I don't think there will be any knock downs.

I think the press conference the other day is the first time I have heard Frampton swear. Seemed like he really went for it. Probably just to build up the fight as we know they don't usually start mouthing off and swearing at press events. I just found it very interesting.

I think Frampton on points but I wouldn't be surprised if it is a draw and they do it all over again.

I don't think Frampton represented himself well at the first press conference. It was clear Quigg, Hearn and Gallagher had all got under his skin.

Quigg seems to be enjoying himself and is not getting wound up at all. Gallagher is shit stirring.

I don't like when fighters boast about getting the lions share of the purse or being more of a draw or ticket seller. The Irish really get being their sportsmen and I'm sure if Quigg was from Northern Ireland and had McGuigan beating the drum for him over there from an early stage he'd be just as popular.
