I Cant stand the way Eddie Hearn jumps in the ring desperate to get his mug on telly.
He is a big snake that has no loyalty to these fighters, his only loyalty is his wallet yet he jumps in and tries to bask in their glory like he was there with them all along the way and has some entitlement to share their celebration. Crolla clearly wants to celebrate with the people that mean something to him but he has his pay master hanging about like a bad smell...

Just can't stand him full stop

He's very successful, some people don't like this for some reason? I think he's done great things for boxing good on him
Re: Anyone else sick of Eddie Hearn diving in the ring as soon as one of his fighters wins?
He is loyal but also the smuggest person I have ever seen in my life!

I'd be self satisfied if I were him, rich dad, good schooling, good looking wife, great job, front row seats etc - he lives a charmed life.pyenest77 wrote:He is loyal but also the smuggest person I have ever seen in my life!

Eddie is putting on the shows, getting his fighters work and good opportunities. Matchroom always treat fighters well, the away fighters too.

The whole idea that promoters, managers, seconds and hangers on can storm the ring at the end of the fight, BEFORE both fighters have been checked by the doctor, is absolute madness. In fairness to Fast Eddie, he's just doing what loads of other people do.

I agree, give the lad a break - just because he has a nice tan and a lovely coiffured comb-over some people criticise him.Rexob wrote:He's very successful, some people don't like this for some reason
From humble beginnings he started work as a tea-boy at Matchroom and in only 5 years his hard work and talent saw him promoted through the ranks to be come MD of Matchroom.
I am sure that his dad (owner of Matchroom) is very proud of his sons meteoric rise through the company.

It just proves the extent to which, in his own mind, he is part of the story

Stub Hub were named as a sponsor of last night's Manchester card.

It's part of Don Kings old play book.
Be the first face the fighter sees in the ring in his moment of glory.
Smart business move.

Really must have very little going on to get annoyed by this. Eddie Hearn definitely looks like a bit of a prick, but that's about it. I'm not gonna begrudge him some celebration.

All sports 'fans' are stupid when you think about. Jumping about like loonies when somebody else does something they can't do.

I think he has been good for British boxers in his early years. Unfortunately he is beginning to rape the punters over the last couple of years.
