To be fair I do agree - although his boxers do seem to get the good matchmaking, lots of opportunities and generally the rub of the green that many others do not.

Crolla seems sound but Gallagher, the Smiths and Eddie all have the same smug self satisfied entitled look about them that gets on my tits.

Abraham deserved the win, Murray didn't do enough. Unfortunately he's just not quite good enough to be world champion, he shouldn't get any more shots now.

He should drop down and re-earn a shot.

He is good enough to be a world champion.

I still struggle to remember Murray's best win (Khomitsky maybe?) - do you really think he deserves a 5th world title shot?

I really do not like how Sky and Eddie completely dismiss what Liam Smith has done on the other side.

Every time a Smith brother fights or a high profile Gallacher fighter they completely ignore that Smith has won the WBO Light Middle championship. The "four british champions" things was a bit harsh on poor Liam who has gone on to do achieve at world level.

I was actually pleasantly surprised that Terry Flanaghan was mentioned (albeit on by Ed Robinson at the very end) last night.

Who would you say has the best record out of the brothers? Is it already Callum?

That's true - but you cannot help but think if Sky had a "world champion" that was gifted a world title without stepping into world class - they would be shouting from the roof tops..... well, there was Scott Quigg and Jamie McDonnell prior to their wins at genuine world class.

There was not even a hint of a mention that Crolla is Gallagher's second current world champion.

True. TBH I quite like the fact it's Liam that has the world title. Probably the only brother that hasn't been portrayed as the second coming on here

With the amount of interest that Sky take in boxing outside of Matchroom fighters, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even know.

Not long finished watching this show and it was a pretty uneventful show made worthwhile due to Crolla's win,absoulutly terrific win for Anthony and i couldnt be happier for him he deserves it,it was up there with Burns and Barker,i thought he cruised it,i gave the 3rd round even but had Crolla winning everything up until that with good punch variety and the finishing shot was class,well done Anthony Crolla

Cant help but feel sorry for Murray after all he's been through in title fights but i thought Abraham was a deserved winner(115-112) a lot of close rounds with not much clean landing,Martin the busier with Arthur landing the more solid punches although Murray did land the punch of the fight,cant remember seeing Abraham wobbled like that before,its hard to see where Murray goes from here

Nurse-Jenkins rematch was a rerun of their first fight,very close and hard to score,i thought Nurse edged this one too(114-113) and he done really well to recover straight away from the KD which was a cracker,competitive fight til the end but i hope theres not a 3rd one

Burnett/Booth was awful,cracking 1st round with the KD and i thought it would be Ryan's coming out party but Jason plugged away and in the end i was glad to see him last the course and i even gave him a round(10th) Burnett did show some maturity and patience in there but was very 1 paced which isnt like him

i did Datsue and just this minute posted about it in the Canelo/Cotto thread here on B&I,fight of the night for me,excellent scrap and plenty of effort,heart and commitment from both guys,Muira's conditioning is surreal How was able to stay onhis feet is beyond me
