Don't for god sake watch Frampton v Avalos if you want to see overacting from a promoter. Wouldn't surprise me at all if it's in the contract for the broadcaster to (I) interview him before, during and after the fight. (II) have the camera on him constantly between rounds. (III) have himself between the fighter and the camera for the entirety of the post fight while he leaps around pointing at his guy.

You can accuse Eddie Hearn of a lot of things. Not having a genuine emotional investment in many of his fighters isn't one.

Simply not liking the bloke clouds people's judgement a lot. Remember when 90% of people were convinced that the Brook injury was a sham to get him on December 12th? Despite all reason and logic indicating that was bollocks. It's strange.

I was re watching an old Benn Eubank documentary last night and they had a scene where Steve Davis potted the winning ball at a snooker match and within a millisecond Barry Hearn was down there hugging Davis.
