Fury was a Klitschko today
Klitschko always fought boring and cautious fights with tough opponents he didn't care what people would think weather the fight is boring or not all he cared about was the victory and that's how he got away with it, that's exactly what Tyson did today, he fought very boring cautious fight not caring what people would think of his performance all he wanted is the victory and he got it, he lost the real fight but won and outsmarted Klitschko which I never thought anybody can do but Tyson id it today.

wasn't boring? I watched all the way only because I was waiting that any round I'm gonna see a knock out but it never happened I'm gonna re watch round 12 but would never watch the whole fight it would put me to sleepHorse wrote:The fight wasn't boring.

Was almost as boring as you.Horse wrote:The fight wasn't boring.

It was the most boring fight I've ever seen in my life with only one exception. Chris Byrd vs Davarryl Williamson.Horse wrote:The fight wasn't boring.

it wasn't boring for two reasons:vovazilvova wrote:wasn't boring? 1) fury beat wlad and nobody was expecting that
2) fury moved and was effective with his jab and threw combinations when wlad wasn't hooking and holding
and parrying fury's head down. wlad was boring, sure. wlad was useless. fury did his job, landed
shots when wlad would exchange, and for a giant he fought at a decent pace.
...boring compared to what?! and don't come up with some all-time classic heavyweight war
like a bowe holyfield or douglas tyson. mention a recent heavyweight fight that excited you

The fight was ugly. But necessary. Fury won't fight others in that matter.

It wasn't a good fight by any means, but it was far too intriguing to be boring.

The first part of the fight was boring, but how can you say the WHOLE fight was? IN the 11th round Fury almost knocked Klitschko the F#ck out!! I was cheering and louding hard for the Gypsy king! It was a hell of a fight in the last rounds.

Re: Fury was a Klitschko today
I didn't find it more entertaining than Wlad's typical fights. Hardly anything of note landed and for the most part it was very slow; if someone complained about Wlad's fights being boring yet found that enjoyable I imagine that the difference is explained by them wanting Fury to win and getting to see it.
Incidentally Fury's previous two bouts were of a similar nature and on recent form I don't consider him an entertaining fighter, at least in the ring. That seems to be working well for him though, and I think it's probably best if he sticks to the disciplined boxing he's been doing lately.

It was an extremely boring fight.
Surely there must be a record in here for the least amount of actual punches thrown and landed in 12 rounds in a heavyweight title fight?
My eyeballs were bleeding by round 8.

Very boring fight, though the Rigo vs Francisco fight was worse...and I can't say that was any worse than Haye vs Klitschko...or Haye vs Valuev
