IBF to strip Fury?

Surprised to see no-one on here talking about this. IBF are insisting that Glazkov gets a shot at the belt before any rematch can take place:

Like there wasn't plenty of time to come to some sort of agreement beforehand and now they are suddenly rushing. Looks like they've already declared the belt vacant in fact:

If they really did strip him after 5 days as champion.I would be wanting a refund of my sanctioning fee.
That is utter horseshit!!!!
They can give the title to who ever they want.But everyone knows who the real champ is.

The IBF rules state that the title holder can be stripped if any rematch clause interferes with a mandatory defence. When Wlad activated his clause Fury was in violation and the title was declared vacant.
