Anyone care to explain exactly WTF was hapenning from the referee at 33.35?

Also does anyone think Cuellar can add another organization belt given the right circumstances and opportunity or is he is too limited in his style?

All depends on his opposition.
The featherweight division is good but instead of unifying he will have a couple of more defences and move up.
Personally I think he can be outworked and would lose to the other champions Loma, Selby and Russell jr
